To attach an insignia to the ushanka hat,
put together the ends of the insignia, located on
its rear side. Find by eye the center of the ushanka's
forehead pad and make a little hole in it. Do not use knifes
or any other sharp tools. Stick the insignia's connector ends
into the hole made. Split the ends of the insignia from the
inside the ushanka's forehead pad.
