This order is my second Ushanka hat. Loved the first one so much that I wanted another color (gray) to supplement. This is the ONLY hat I've ever owned or worn that truly keeps my head warm in winter conditions. This being said as I work night work where conditions frequently get down into the low 20's or teens. Wear this and you will never lose heat through your head. I jokingly call this my "head furnace". Outside of its functionality, it really does look nice. Makes for an interesting conversation piece too. In my opinion, this is one winter accessory that you shouldn't be without.

Have spent time in Russia. I'm familiar with a real military ushanka, and this is an absolute replica of the real thing (just no label that it was real government issue). Looked long and hard for this quality, nice to finally find it.

This is a great hat, incredible how warm it is.
The hat fits my size perfectly. I would suggest going just a little bigger that's what I did and fits like a glove.
I should have gotten one these hats years ago.
